On-the-Job Training

Through partnerships with forward-thinking employers, we create hands-on opportunities for clients to gain real-world experience, develop job-specific skills, and build long-term career potential. It's learning by doing!

Self-Advocacy Training

We teach participants how to confidently communicate their needs, understand their strengths, and navigate the workforce with independence and clarity. Your voice matters!

Work Based Learning Experience

Designed for students with disabilities who are still in school. It gives them the chance to work in real job settings. Through this program, students can develop crucial job skills, explore different career paths, and build confidence

Work Readiness Training

Provides work readiness training for individuals with disabilities, focusing on skills like communication, problem-solving, and interview preparation to build confidence and prepare them for employment.
